How It Works
Less Calling Around. A Simpler Way To Find Tree Service.
Finding someone for tree work shouldn’t mean spending hours searching online, calling company after company, and explaining the same project over and over again.
Mountain Tree Quotes makes the process simpler.
Tell us about your property and what you need help with. We’ll use those details to help match your request with a participating tree-service professional who serves your area and handles that type of work.
Our Four Step Process
How Mountain Tree Quotes Works:
01 — Tell Us About Your Project
Complete our free quote request with a few details about your property and the work you need.
We’ll ask about things like the type of tree service, number and approximate size of trees, potential hazards, property location, and timing. You can also upload photos to help us better understand the project.
02 — We Review Your Request
We review the information you provide to understand the project and determine what type of tree-service professional may be an appropriate match. A large tree removal on a steep lot, for example, may require a different professional than routine pruning or stump grinding.
03 — We Connect You With One Local Professional
We’ll match your request with one participating tree-service professional at a time who serves your community and handles the type of work you need.
Your contact information isn’t sent to a list of companies.
04 — Discuss Your Project & Estimate
The tree-service professional can contact you directly to discuss the project, ask additional questions, and arrange an estimate when appropriate. From there, you decide whether they’re the right fit for you.
There is no obligation to hire the professional you’re connected with.
One Request. One Local Professional. No Barrage of Calls.
Some online quote services distribute the same homeowner’s information to several companies at once. One form submission can quickly turn into multiple phone calls, texts, and emails.
We don’t think finding tree service needs to work that way.
Mountain Tree Quotes connects your request with one participating professional at a time.
If that professional can’t take the project or isn’t the right fit, we may be able to help connect you with another professional—without sending your information to a list of companies simultaneously.
It’s a simpler, more personal way to find help for your property.
Q1. What does Mountain Tree Quotes cost?
Nothing for homeowners.
Submitting a quote request and being connected with a participating tree-service professional is free, and you’re under no obligation to hire the professional you’re connected with.
Q2. Who will contact me?
When a match is made, a participating independent tree-service business may contact you directly using the contact information you provided. Mountain Tree Quotes is a referral and matching service. We do not perform tree services ourselves.
Q3. What if the professional isn't the right fit?
Let us know.
Depending on the project, location, and availability of participating professionals, we may be able to connect your request with another tree-service professional who may be a better fit.
Q4. What information should I include in my quote request?
The more we know about the project, the better we can understand what kind of professional you may need.
Helpful information includes:
What type of tree work you need
Approximate number and size of trees
Whether a tree is dead, leaning, fallen, or damaged
Whether trees are close to homes, roads, or utility lines
Your property location
How soon you need the work
Photos of the trees and surrounding property
Don’t worry if you don’t know all the answers. Just tell us what you can.
Q5. What areas do you serve?
Mountain Tree Quotes focuses on the San Bernardino Mountains, including Crestline, Lake Arrowhead, Running Springs, and Big Bear, along with all surrounding mountain communities. If you live on the mountain, we serve you.
